El Markthal en Róterdam es un edificio residencial y comercial con un mercado cubierto, situado entre las calles Dominee Jan Scharpstraat, Grotemarkt, Westnieuwland y Verlengde Nieuwstraat. La inauguración tuvo lugar el 1 de octubre de 2014 por la reina Máxima. Además de un mercado cubierto, el complejo alberga 228 apartamentos, 4600 m² de espacio comercial, 1600 m² de hostelería y un garaje para más de mil coches. El Markthal es un desarrollo de Provast, propiedad de Klépierre, Vesteda y el municipio de Róterdam.
