La torre de agua de Raamsdonksveer fue construida en 1925 y diseñada por el arquitecto Hendrik Sangster. La torre tiene una altura de 43,85 metros y un depósito de agua de 300 m³.
La torre en Raamsdonksveer presenta los elementos de estilo característicos del expresionismo y del Art Deco que Sangster aplicó en esos años.
Esta torre de agua es un monumento nacional registrado. Después de una completa renovación, alrededor de 1990, la torre de agua fue utilizada por un alquiler de arte para empresas e instituciones en los Países Bajos y Bélgica. Ahora, la torre de agua sirve como espacio de oficina, exposición y almacenamiento, y alberga una de las colecciones de arte más grandes de Europa.
