La estación de Purmerend es una estación situada cerca del centro de la ciudad de Purmerend, en la provincia de North Holland. La estación abrió al mismo tiempo que la inauguración de la línea de tren Zaandam - Hoorn, en 1884. El primer edificio de la estación, construido en 1883, fue demolido en 1957. Edificios antiguos y difíciles de mantener fueron reemplazados por construcciones más funcionales y pequeñas, a menudo de una sola planta. Así también en Purmerend.
