La estación de Vlissingen es la estación final de la línea de tren Roosendaal - Vlissingen. Se encuentra al este del centro de la ciudad de Vlissingen, en la provincia holandesa de Zelanda, cerca del puerto de ferry en la Westerschelde. Es una estación terminal, el edificio de la estación se sitúa justo detrás de las vías muertas.
La primera estación Vlissingen Stad fue inaugurada en 1873, junto con la apertura del Canal por Walcheren. La estación estaba ubicada a la altura de la esclusa en el canal.
Era una estación sencilla que consistía principalmente en algunos andenes. La estación Vlissingen Stad fue cerrada el 18 de julio de 1894.
Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, el edificio, situado en la línea de fuego del aeropuerto de Vlissingen, fue gravemente dañado. El edificio fue demolido alrededor de 1946.
