La stazione di Vlissingen è il capolinea della linea ferroviaria Roosendaal - Vlissingen. Si trova a est del centro città di Vlissingen, nella provincia olandese del Zeeland, vicino al porto dei traghetti sul Westerschelde. È una stazione a capolinea, l'edificio della stazione si trova direttamente dietro i binari morti.
La prima stazione di Vlissingen Stad è stata inaugurata nel 1873 contemporaneamente all'apertura del Canale di Walcheren. La stazione era situata all'altezza della chiusa nel canale.
Era una stazione semplice composta principalmente da alcuni marciapiedi. La stazione di Vlissingen Stad è stata chiusa il 18 luglio 1894.
Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, l'edificio, situato nella linea di fuoco dell'aeroporto di Vlissingen, subì gravi danni. L'edificio fu demolito intorno al 1946.
