El Leidsegracht es un canal transversal en el centro de Ámsterdam, que conecta Herengracht, Keizersgracht, Prinsengracht y Lijnbaansgracht y desemboca en el Singelgracht en la Marnixstraat.
El Leidsegracht formaba parte de la Expansión de Ámsterdam y marcaba el límite entre la primera y la segunda fase de la construcción del cinturón de canales. Entre 1615 y 1658, el Leidsegracht fue el límite sur de la ciudad. El canal recibió su nombre en 1658 y se llama así por la ciudad de Leiden.
