Die Leidsegracht ist ein Quergracht im Zentrum von Amsterdam, die Herengracht, Keizersgracht, Prinsengracht und Lijnbaansgracht miteinander verbindet und an der Marnixstraat in die Singelgracht mündet.
Die Leidsegracht war Teil der Erweiterung von Amsterdam und markierte die Grenze zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Phase des Baus des Grachtenrings. Zwischen 1615 und 1658 war die Leidsegracht die südliche Begrenzung der Stadt. Der Graben erhielt seinen Namen im Jahr 1658 und ist nach der Stadt Leiden benannt.
