El nudo Hooipolder es un nudo de tráfico del tipo de conexión Haarlemmermeer para la conexión de las autopistas A27 y A59, entre Oosterhout y Raamsdonksveer, en el municipio neerlandés de Geertruidenberg.
El nudo se diferencia de la mayoría de los otros nudos neerlandeses. Únicamente la vía principal de la A27 es libre de cruces. De hecho, esto no es un nudo, sino una simple salida, donde la A59 se interrumpe brevemente. En la construcción se reservó espacio para una futura expansión a un cloverleaf.
