Der Knoten Hooipolder ist ein Verkehrsknotenpunkt vom Typ Haarlemmermeeraansluiting für die Anbindung der Autobahnen A27 und A59, zwischen Oosterhout und Raamsdonksveer, in der niederländischen Gemeinde Geertruidenberg.
Der Knoten unterscheidet sich von den meisten anderen niederländischen Knotenpunkten. Nur die Hauptfahrbahn der A27 ist kreuzungsfrei. Tatsächlich handelt es sich nicht um einen Knotenpunkt, sondern um eine einfache Abfahrt, bei der die A59 kurz unterbrochen wird. Bei der Anlage wurde Platz für eine zukünftige Erweiterung zu einem Kleeblattknoten reserviert.
