En el paseo marítimo de Breskens, una escalera conduce a un mirador sobre la playa de Breskens.
Los bancos que se encuentran allí pertenecen a "Los bancos de Bresjes". Diecinueve bancos únicos en Breskens y sus alrededores, cada uno con su propio diseño, historia, ubicación y vista, se pueden conectar entre sí en un recorrido en bicicleta o a pie de 3 o 6 kilómetros. Se trata de una ruta interactiva a pie por 19 bancos repartidos por la costa de Breskens. La ruta va desde Port Scaldis Oost (al este del puerto deportivo) hasta Fort Fredrik Hendrik (al oeste del ferry). En los bancos hay un código QR con información sobre la ubicación.
Los bancos fueron diseñados y fabricados por el carpintero naval y artista Rinus Meeusen con madera procedente de la construcción del muelle pesquero hace unos años.
