Sieniawka es una localidad en el municipio de Bogatynia. Se encuentra en el extremo suroeste de Polonia y la Voivodato de Baja Silesia, en la ribera derecha del río Neisse Lusaciano, a tres kilómetros al este del centro de la ciudad de Zittau, y fue un conocido lugar de peregrinación en Alta Lusacia hasta la Reforma. Entre Zittau y Sieniawka hay un paso fronterizo que, a diferencia del otro paso de Zittau, en Friedensstraße, también es transitable para autobuses y camiones de hasta 7,5 t. La conexión de la carretera federal 178 a través del territorio polaco con la D 35 en Chrastava, en la República Checa, pasa por Sieniawka.
