Ancas era una freguesia portuguesa del concelho de Anadia, en el distrito de Aveiro, con 6,45 km² de superficie y 624 habitantes .[1] Su densidad de población era de 96,7 hab/km².
La freguesia de Ancas quedó extinguida en el marco de la reforma administrativa de 2013, siendo agregada a las de Amoreira da Gândara y Paredes do Bairro, para formar una nueva, denominada Unión de las Freguesias de Amoreira da Gândara, Paredes do Bairro y Ancas, con sede en Paredes.[2]
