Sendim da Ribeira era una freguesia portuguesa del concelho de Alfândega da Fé, en el distrito de Braganza, con 14,79 km² de área y 92 habitantes ,[1] distribuidos en dos núcleos de población, el que da nombre a la freguesia y Sardão. Su densidad de población: era de 6.2 hab/km².
Situada en la parte sudoriental del concelho, limitando con el de Mogadouro, la freguesia de Sendim da Ribeira quedó suprimida en el marco de la reforma administrativa de 2013, fusionándose con la de Parada para formar una nueva denominada Unión de las Freguesias de Parada y Sendim da Ribeira, con sede en la primera.[2]
