La Capilla de Nossa Senhora da Misericórdia data del siglo XVIII , más precisamente del año 1749 según la inscripción en el arquitrabe del portal lateral.
En esta fachada lateral orientada al sur hay un portal más o menos axial, coronado por una cornisa recta conectada mediante una moldura a un nicho en el que Nuestra Señora de la Merced está coronada por ángeles.
