La Chapelle de Nossa Senhora da Misericórdia date du XVIIIe siècle , plus précisément de l'année 1749 selon l'inscription sur l'architrave du portail latéral.
Sur cette façade latérale exposée au sud se trouve un portail grossièrement axial, couronné d'une corniche droite reliée par une moulure à une niche dans laquelle Notre-Dame de la Miséricorde est couronnée par des anges.
