Stajánov o Kádievka[a] es una ciudad del sudeste de Ucrania, en el óblast de Lugansk. Se encuentra a 50 kilómetros al este de Lugansk. Su población era de 84 427 habitantes en el año 2005.
Hacia 1953 la ciudad alcanzaba los 68 630 habitantes.[1] La ciudad se llamó «Кaдиевка» hasta 1978. Ese año, tras la muerte del minero Alekséi Stajánov,[b] la ciudad pasó a denominarse «Стахaнов» en honor de este. La explotación de la hulla es la industria dominante de la ciudad.
