El óblast de Volinia es un óblast en el oeste de Ucrania. Limita con Bielorrusia al norte y con Polonia al oeste. Es la más noroccidental de las oblasts de Ucrania.
La capital es Lutsk . Liuboml es la ciudad más occidental y está en la línea de ferrocarril que une Varsovia con Kiev.
