Mill Valley[2] es una ciudad en el condado de Marin, California, Estados Unidos. Se encuentra a unos 6,4 kilómetros al norte de San Francisco vía Golden Gate. Según la Oficina del Censo de los Estados Unidos, la ciudad tiene un área total de 12,5 km², de los cuales 12,2 km² son de tierra y 0.3 km² es agua.
Mill Valley está situada entre las costas oeste y norte de la Bahía de Richardson, y atravesada por Pickleweed Inlet y Arroyo Corte Madera del Presidio, que recorren la ciudad. Más allá de la zona costera plana y de pantanos, se encuentran estrechos cañones arbolados principalmente de secuoyas, en la ladera oriental del monte Tamalpais.
