La Universidad de Ohio, en inglés Ohio University , es una universidad pública situada en Athens, en el estado de Ohio, Estados Unidos. Tiene una superficie de 7,3 km² y casi 20.000 estudiantes en el campus principal. Cuenta además con otros 5 campus: St. Clairsville, Zanesville, Lancaster, Ironton y Chillicothe donde hay otros 8000 estudiantes.
La universidad se fundó en 1804, lo que le hace la más antigua del estado de Ohio. Sus colores distintivos son el verde y el blanco. Su mascota es el Lince rojo y su lema es «Religio Doctrina Civilitas, Prae Omnibus Virtus».
