Mieders est une commune de 1976 habitants dans le district judiciaire d'Innsbruck et le district d'Innsbruck-Land en Tyrol. Mieders se situe dans la vallée de Stubai à l'avant, sur un flanc de vallée doucement incliné, au pied du Serles, qui culmine à 2718 m d'altitude.
