L’abbaye Notre-Dame de Scourmont, près de la ville belge de Chimay, est une abbaye de l’ordre trappiste. L’abbaye est située sur le territoire de Forges, à une dizaine de kilomètres de Chimay même. L’abbaye a été fondée le 25 juillet 1850 en tant que monastère trappiste, à l’initiative du révérend Jourdain, curé d’un village voisin. Dix-sept moines du monastère de La Trappe van Westvleteren commencèrent à cultiver un terrain qui leur avait été donné par le prince de Chimay. En 1871, le monastère devint une abbaye à part entière.
