Brûly-de-Pesche est l’endroit où Hitler a séjourné pendant une courte période au début de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Sur la base de son expérience de la Première Guerre mondiale, il s’attendait à ce que l’armée allemande soit bloquée à la frontière belgo-française pendant un certain temps. C’est pourquoi il a fait construire son QG ici pour diriger ses troupes d’ici, près du front. À sa grande surprise, ses troupes semblaient avancer vers la côte de la mer du Nord et de l’océan Atlantique en quelques semaines. Il a quitté cet endroit super secret après seulement quelques semaines.
