Brûly-de-Pesche er stedet, hvor Hitler opholdt sig i en kort periode i begyndelsen af Anden Verdenskrig. Baseret på sin erfaring fra Første Verdenskrig forventede han, at den tyske hær ville blive blokeret ved den belgo-franske grænse i et stykke tid. Det er derfor, han lod sit hovedkvarter bygge her for at lede sine tropper herfra, tæt på fronten. Til sin store overraskelse syntes hans tropper at marchere mod kysten ved Nordsøen og Atlanterhavet inden for få uger. Han forlod dette super hemmelige sted efter kun et par uger.
