Le Holsteen est le nom collectif de huit grandes grès miocènes dans la commune belge de Zonhoven. Les grès sont dotés de trous irréguliers et la pierre la plus au nord est également pourvue de stries et d'une surface polie. Cette dernière pierre est la seule meule préhistorique fixe de la Flandre. Le site est protégé en tant que patrimoine paysager depuis 1967.
