La moutarde Wostyn est apparue dans l'émission de cuisine "Dagelijkse kost" de Jeroen Meus. L'affaire est de nouveau entre les mains de la famille Wostyn : Piet Wostyn, l'arrière-petit-fils du pionnier Ivo-Jacob Wostyn. En raison de la forte demande pour la moutarde Wostyn, il a été décidé en décembre 2004 de transférer la production vers un site plus grand. L'atelier se déplace au 63 Oude Gentweg tandis que le magasin rouvre dans la maison familiale au 7 Conscienceplein. À ce jour, la moutarde Wostyn est fabriquée de manière artisanale, la recette originale n'ayant pas été modifiée. La moutarde Wostyn est fabriquée à partir d'une sélection de graines de moutarde brun foncé, de vinaigre, d'eau et de sel, sans conservateurs, agents de liaison ni colorants.
