Mostaard Wostyn kwam in het kookprogamma Dagelijkse kost van Jeroen Meus. De zaak is terug in handen van de familie Wostyn: Piet Wostyn, achterkleinzoon van de pionier Ivo-Jacob Wostyn. Door de grote vraag naar Mostaard Wostyn wordt in december 2004 beslist om de productie naar een grotere locatie over te brengen. De atelier verhuist naar de Oude Gentweg 63 terwijl de winkel in het ouderlijk huis op het Conscienceplein 7 heropend wordt. Tot op heden wordt Mostaard Wostyn gemaakt op ambachtelijke wijze, aan het originele recept is nog niets gewijzigd. Mostaard Wostyn wordt gemaakt op basis van een selectie donkerbruine mostaardzaden, azijn, water en zout, zonder bewaarmiddelen, bindmiddelen of kleurstoffen.
