L’Office du Tourisme se trouve place des Tilleuls, 48. Andenne a toujours connu une place des Tilleuls. On l’appelait jadis : « promenade des Tilleuls », parce qu’il s’agissait d’une vaste prairie où était planté des tilleuls.
L’Office du Tourisme niche dans un magnifique hôtel de maître de style « Art Nouveau ». Cette maison fut bâtie en 1907 par l’architecte Achille Simon, fils du bourgmestre de l’époque.
