Hollange est un village ardennais particulièrement calme et caractéristique dans la province de Luxembourg, légèrement à l'écart de la grande route ardennaise N4 et au bord de la Strange, à environ 12 km au sud de Bastogne. À cet endroit, les voies romaines Aarlen-Tongres et Bavay-Trêves se croisaient autrefois. La région de Hollange était déjà habitée très tôt. Cela est attesté, dans le porche de l'église en pierre naturelle, par une grande pierre néolithique où nos ancêtres de la préhistoire aiguisent leurs armes et outils.
