Ce voilier de pierre a été fondé en 1795-1800 par mulder Devos. Selon la tradition, le nom du moulin « Ter Sleepe » serait lié à la mauvaise rotation de la croix de lame parce que les pales captaient peu de vent. Après tout, il ne se tient pas au sommet d’une crête et se trouve à une hauteur d’à peine 56 mètres. La croix de lame a disparu à cause d’un coup de foudre vers 1938, mais le capuchon de moulin (type de capot de siège) est toujours là - même s’il a subi des modifications. Aujourd’hui, ce moulin est loué comme résidence de vacances.
