L'abbaye de Saint-Pierre en Ardenne ou abbaye de Saint-Hubert était une abbaye bénédictine située à Saint-Hubert, en Belgique. Elle fut fondée vers 687 et devint bénédictine en 817. Elle abritait les reliques de saint Hubert depuis l'an 825.Alors que l'abbaye prenait son essor, un bourg s'est développé progressivement à ses côtés. Elle connut un grand rayonnement religieux, culturel et artistique. Sa prospérité et son influence attisèrent les convoitises. Au cours des siècles, la France, les Pays-Bas, Le Pays de Liège et le Duché de Luxembourg, tentèrent de contraindre l'abbé de Saint-Hubert à leurs vues et leurs exigences. Dévastée à plusieurs reprises au cours des siècles, l'abbaye fut toujours reconstruite.
