La Vallée des Trois Ruisseaux est une réserve naturelle flamande dans le bassin versant de la Winterbeek, un affluent de la Demer. La réserve naturelle s'étend vers le sud-ouest de la Plage de Paal jusqu'à Molenstede, au nord-ouest de Diest, a une superficie d'environ 351 ha et a été créée en 2000. Une grande partie de la réserve naturelle connaît une pollution historique de Tessenderlo Chemie. Le principal accès à la zone se trouve au sud-est du village d'Engsbergen. Deux autres accès sont situés à Deurne et à Vleugt. La zone est protégée au niveau européen en tant que partie de la zone Natura 2000 'Vallée de la Demer'.
