Le Fort de Steendorp est un ancien fort dans la ceinture de forts autour d'Anvers. Il est devenu une zone naturelle en 2001. Entre 1882 et 1892, un grand fort en brique a été construit à Steendorp, maintenant un district de la commune de Temse, sous le nom de Fort Rupelmonde, un fort de tête de pont de la Fortification d'Anvers. Ce n'est qu'en 1909 qu'il a reçu le nom de Fort Steendorp. Le fort se situe à environ 600 mètres au nord de l'Escaut, sur le flanc sud de la cuesta du Waasland.
