La chapelle Saint-Hubert est une chapelle au nord-est de Wiemesmeer, à la frontière des communes de Zutendaal, Genk, As et Maasmechelen. Cinq chemins forestiers y convergent, dont quatre suivent les limites communales.
La chapelle, qui n'est pas accessible, a été fondée en 1952 au milieu des forêts. Elle se compose d'une colonne en brique sur une petite colline artificielle : la colline de Paal. La colonne est couronnée d'une lanterne en métal dans laquelle se trouve une statue de Saint-Hubert.
