Maison néotraditionnelle à double façade de six travées et trois niveaux sous un toit à deux versants (faîtage parallèle à la rue), conçue par J.B. Van Bouchout en 1926, travaux de rénovation approfondis avec conservation de la façade en 1999 selon les plans de l’architecte S. Peeters & Partners.
