Neotraditionelles Doppelhaus mit sechs Trakten und drei Geschossen unter einem Satteldach (First parallel zur Straße), entworfen von J.B. Van Bouchout im Jahr 1926, umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten unter Erhaltung der Fassade im Jahr 1999 nach Entwurf des Architekten S. Peeters & Partners.
