Ensemble unique d'environ 100 hectares ; depuis 1911, première phase d'aménagement dans un style paysager tardif autour du château éclectique de Leenberg ; réaménagement vers 1930 selon le design de J. Gallopin et extension vers de nouvelles unités résidentielles (Sint-Gertrudenhof, Verloren Hoek...), inspiration du 'Nouveau jardin pittoresque' notable ; réaménagement de l'environnement du Sint-Gertrudenhof par René Pechère en 1960.
