Conjunto único de aproximadamente 100 hectáreas; desde 1911, fase de primer diseño en estilo paisajístico de jardín alrededor del castillo ecléctico Leenberg; remodelación alrededor de 1930 según el diseño de J. Gallopin y expansión a nuevas unidades residenciales (Sint-Gertrudenhof, Verloren Hoek...), inspiración de 'Nouveau jardin pittoresque' evidente; remodelación del entorno del Sint-Gertrudenhof por René Pechère en 1960.
