La Vallée de la Hoëgne est un site Natura 2000 situé sur la commune belge du Sart dans la province de Liège. Le domaine est de 610 hectares et est situé le long des rives de la Hoëgne.Leonard Legras, président des attractions du Sart, a été le promoteur de la construction de la promenade. Le 29 septembre, au moment de l’inauguration, la reine Marie-Henriette visite la réserve naturelle. Elle montait souvent à cheval à travers ces bois. L’une des cascades a reçu son nom, la plus grande étant celle de son mari Léopold II.
