Le Bentillekreek est le seul ruisseau situé au sud du canal de Leopold. Peut-être était-il, avant le creusement du canal, relié au Boerekreek. Ce ruisseau a un parcours très sinueux et est entouré de sols sableux, contrairement aux autres ruisseaux. Cela lui confère une végétation riveraine différente. Ce ruisseau est le seul autour duquel se trouvent de nombreux arbres et buissons, ce qui le rend donc unique. Il est également possible d'y pêcher. Le terrain entre le canal de Leopold et le ruisseau a été désigné il y a quelques années pour y planter une forêt de naissance. Il est maintenant géré par Natuurpunt.
