La Caserne Major Géruzet est une ancienne caserne des forces armées belges située à Etterbeek, datant de 1882, au sud-est du centre-ville de Bruxelles.
À côté de la "première" caserne de cavalerie, la caserne Lieutenant-général Baron de Witte de Haelen, une "deuxième" caserne de cavalerie a rapidement été construite selon le même plan de construction et sur un plan de sol rectangulaire presque identique. La caserne a été nommée après la Première Guerre mondiale d'après le Major Stafbrevethouder Ivan Albert Géruzet, un officier d'artillerie qui est tombé à l'Yser frappé par des éclats d'obus lors de la première attaque chimique allemande.
