Le Kaaitheater s'agrandit et KANAL-Centre Pompidou deviendra un centre d'art de premier plan. Avec la démolition de la gare Citroën, les lettres 'Luna-théâtre' sont apparues sur le mur latéral du Kaaitheater. Elles évoquent des souvenirs d'une autre époque, où à cet endroit se trouvait une toute autre forme de détente.
