Con el Kaaitheater y el antiguo garaje de Citroën en las gradas, se está construyendo una inmensa zona cultural en Sainctelette. El Kaaitheater se está expandiendo y KANAL-Centre Pompidou se convertirá en un centro de arte de referencia. Con la demolición del garaje de Citroën, aparecieron en la pared lateral del Kaaitheater las letras 'Luna-teatro'. Estas evocan recuerdos de otro tiempo, donde en este lugar había una forma completamente diferente de entretenimiento.
