Lavey-Morcles est une commune suisse du canton de Vaud, située dans le district d'Aigle. À Lavey-les-Bains se trouvent des bains thermaux.
D'abord rattaché à la commune de Saint-Maurice et à sa paroisse, Lavey devient autonome à la fin du XVe siècle et, quelques années plus tard, adopte la réforme et s'unit à la paroisse de Bex. Autonome jusqu'en 1852, la commune de Morcles fusionnera, dès cette date, avec celle de Lavey en raison de problèmes de gestion.
