Brackenheim est une ville de Bade-Wurtemberg , située dans l'arrondissement de Heilbronn, dans la Région de Heilbronn-Franconie, dans le district de Stuttgart. Elle est jumelée depuis 1979 avec le village de Charnay-lès-Macôn en Saône-et-Loire .
Brackenheim est une ancienne cité médiévale et possède une superficie viticole totale de 798 hectares, ce qui en fait la plus grande communauté viticole du Wurtemberg. Y sont produit des cépages comme le Riesling, le Trollinger , le Pinot Noir, le Muscat, le Kerner et Lemberger.
