Gusow-Platkow est une commune d'Allemagne du Brandebourg dans l'arrondissement de Märkisch-Pays de l'Oder. Elle comptait 1 356 habitants au 31 décembre 2008 et est partagée en deux villages, Gusow et Platkow.
Platkow est l'un des villages les plus anciens de l'arrondissement, puisque des documents font remonter sa fondation à 1229.
