La bibliothèque municipale de Coblence est la bibliothèque publique de la ville de Coblence. La bibliothèque centrale, la bibliothèque pour enfants et jeunes ainsi que la bibliothèque musicale/médiathèque sont situées depuis 2013 dans le Forum Confluentes sur la place centrale. De plus, la bibliothèque municipale, unique bibliothèque en Rhône-Palatinat, possède deux bibliobus : un bibliobus scolaire pour les écoles élémentaires et un "Grand bibliobus" pour les quartiers. En outre, il y a trois bibliothèques de quartier à Horchheim, sur les hauteurs de Pfaffendorfer et à Karthause.
