De stadsbibliotheek Koblenz is de openbare bibliotheek van de stad Koblenz. De centrale bibliotheek, de kinder- en jeugdbibliotheek evenals de muziekbibliotheek/mediotheek zijn sinds 2013 gevestigd in het Forum Confluentes op het centraal plein. Bovendien onderhoudt de stadsbibliotheek, als enige bibliotheek in Rijnland-Palts, twee boekenbussen: een leerlingen boekenbus voor de basisscholen en een "Grote boekenbus" voor de stadsdelen. Daarnaast zijn er drie stadsdeelbibliotheken in Horchheim, op de Pfaffendorfer Höhe en op de Karthause.
