L'émetteur Teutoburger Wald est un émetteur de base du WDR situé sur le Bielstein, culminant à 393 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, dans le Teutoburger Wald, au sud-ouest de Detmold. L'installation de transmission avec son mât d'émission de 290 m est également connue dans la région d'Ostwestfalen-Lippe sous le nom d'émetteur de Bielstein.
En raison de son emplacement privilégié, la portée technique est très grande. Elle s'étend de Brunswick à l'est, Eschwege au sud-est, Marburg au sud, en passant par Bochum et Gronau à l'ouest jusqu'à Brême au nord.
