La ligne de chemin de fer Dessau–Gohrau-Rehsen est une ligne secondaire en Saxe-Anhalt, qui a été initialement construite et exploitée par la Dessau-Wörlitzer Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft. Elle va de Dessau à travers Oranienbaum jusqu'à Wörlitz, la section restante vers Gohrau-Rehsen est fermée depuis 1968. La société de transport et de chemins de fer de Dessau est aujourd'hui à la fois propriétaire de l'infrastructure et exploitant du trafic passager sur la ligne.
Les installations préservées de la ligne de chemin de fer sont au total classées comme monuments culturels sous protection étatique, de plus, plusieurs bâtiments d'accueil de la ligne sont protégés en tant que monuments individuels.
