Die Bahnstrecke Dessau–Gohrau-Rehsen ist eine Nebenbahn in Sachsen-Anhalt, die ursprünglich durch die Dessau-Wörlitzer Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft erbaut und betrieben wurde. Sie führt von Dessau über Oranienbaum nach Wörlitz, die weitere Strecke nach Gohrau-Rehsen ist seit 1968 stillgelegt. Die Dessauer Verkehrs- und Eisenbahngesellschaft ist heute sowohl Besitzer der Infrastruktur als auch Betreiber des Reiseverkehrs auf der Strecke.
Die erhaltenen Anlagen der Bahnstrecke stehen insgesamt als Kulturdenkmal unter staatlichem Schutz, darüber hinaus sind mehrere Empfangsgebäude der Strecke als Einzeldenkmal geschützt.
